6 - 7:30pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6am Saturday & Sunday
Balloon Glow - Friday at 9pm

Entertainment Hours:
6:30 - 9:30pm Friday;
1 - 8:30pm Saturday;
1 - 6:30pm Sunday

Admission: $5.00
Children 6-12 years old- $1.00
Children 5 & Under Free

Please note: Carry-in of alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
Lawn chairs, blankets, coolers, food & non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.
For everyone's comfort and safety, glass containers, pets, grills are not permitted.

  • When coming from I81 South, it is strongly recommend you take I-81 to Exit 15 (Lafayette), then follow Route 20 east to Apulia Road north.
  • For hourly traffic/weather updates throughout the weekend, tune in to 93Q - The #1 Hit Music Station.
  • There is no longer train service to the park. OnTrack has gone out of business.

Volunteers

The Heineken 93Q Balloon Fest is looking for volunteers for this year's event. Volunteers perform duties such as courtesy golf cart operation, gate attendant, hospitality attendant and ticket booth attendants. In exchange for help with these services volunteers will receive admission to the event, food and beverage and a commemorative T-shirt AND anybody who signs up by Monday, June 9 will be entered in a drawing to win a free balloon ride ($150 value) on Friday, June 13, during the event.

Non-Profit youth, church, social, fraternal, or community organizations are needed. Groups can attend the event for Free and raise up to $1000 at the same time.

Balloon Rides

Balloon Rides are available on any of the 5 flights throughout the weekend

  • Rides are $150 per person for evening flights; $125 for morning flights
  • Rides are available Friday, Saturday, Sunday evenings (6-7:30pm) and Saturday & Sunday mornings (6am) during the event
  • Champagne (non-alcoholic beverage available) upon landing and a ride back to the park are included in price
  • Info needed:
    Name, Address, Phone number, email address, Number of people, Flight Day & Time Requested
  • All balloon flight times are approximate and are dependent upon calm (wind under 10 mph) and unthreatening weather conditions.
  • Cash or check, made payable to the pilot, is due at the time of the flight.
  • Children fly at the discretion of the pilot. Please note, those under 43" tall may not be able to see over the top of the basket, are not allowed to be picked up and may be afraid of the noise from the burner.
